GUEST NAMES
You will be asked to provide the names of your guests at the time of purchase. We understand that table purchasers don’t always have all guest names confirmed at checkout. Names can be updated via your booking up to one week prior to the event (Friday 31st October 2026).
Individual ticket purchasers may note a seating preference at checkout (e.g. who they would like to sit near). Requests to seat entire tables adjacent to one another can only be accommodated when purchased in the same transaction.
Please note: table locations are allocated on a first-in, first-served basis and may be adjusted if the venue needs to revise the floor plan based on final guest numbers.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please select a dietary option for each guest at checkout. Dietary requirements must be finalised no later than 7 days before the event. We are unable to submit changes to the venue after this deadline.

Physical tickets will not be mailed. Your booking confirmation email contains full event details and serves as your proof of purchase. Please save or print this for your records.
